Return & Exchange Policy

At Brass Antiques, every product is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans, and each order goes through a dedicated process to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations for items that match the description, dimensions, and quality specifications provided on our website but do not meet personal preferences or expectations.

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, delivery timelines are managed by our courier partners. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur, and we request our customers to remain patient and understanding.

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit, we will gladly offer an exchange, provided that you notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the replacement order accordingly.

Please allow 1–2 weeks from the date of your exchange request for the process to be completed.

Brass Antiques does not offer returns or exchanges for products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, or other sales channels. The policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website.

All returned products must be sent back in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Items that are damaged, used, or improperly packaged may not qualify for an exchange and could be returned to the sender without any compensation. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for all return shipments, as Brass Antiques cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during transit.

Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection upon arrival. In the unlikely event that a product is returned in a condition inconsistent with the reported issue, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request and return the item to the customer.
